I think it’s one thing to target a similar artist, but another to say “Do you like x band? Than you’ll love me”.

That feels really dirty.

Rafe- I get the same “Love David Usher?” ad on my facebook page from time to time that promotes Daniel Ghattas. (has anyone heard Daniel’s music?)

Facebook obviously uses the personal information you share to personalize your ads.

I also have John Mayer listed as one of my favourite artists, and I’ve had John Mayer facebook ads as well.

I wonder how much musicians pay for those ads??
